There are many different ways to customize the base designs. Text, images, fonts, and colors are easy to update! For more advanced customizations, we can help guide you through what you need.
Yes! Just contact us with your project needs and our custom website design agency, DKM Media, will work with you on a fully custom website.
All Elevate websites cost just $125/mo with a 12-month commitment.

After you sign-up for an Elevate church website, someone from our website support team will reach out to discuss your project with you. After this initial conversation, an invoice will be emailed to you to begin the project.
The first month’s payment must be paid up-front to cover costs of setup. When your new church website has launched, recurring monthly payments will begin.
We are located in the heart of Downtown Salisbury, North Carolina. All of our employees are located within the North Carolina Piedmont.
Yes! We can easily integrate your current website address to your new Elevate church website. Just simply provide us access to your domain registrar account to make the necessary changes.
If you want us to manage and keep track of your domain name, you can transfer the domain name to us for a small yearly fee (This fee is an ICANN requirement for all domain transfers)
No, there will be no disruption in your current email service. The domain settings that will be changed during the integration to Elevate will not affect emails.
Yes! When you sign-up and fill out onboarding form, there will be option for Elevate to handle the domain registration.
You can have as many domains as you want and they can forward to your church website pages or external links.
Email addresses are not included with the standard Elevate church website plan. Email service setup is available as an add-on.
If you want to connect your organization to Google Workspace or Office365, we can help you set this up! If your organization is designated as a non-profit 501(c)3, you can use Google Workspace for free.
You will need to have a classification/verification letter from the IRS of your 501(c)3 status. Google works with an agency called TechSoup to verify non-profits.
Yes, we can set up forwarding addresses for your domain to any email address if you do not currently have an email service using your domain name.
You can have as many domains as you want and they can forward to your church website pages or external links.
If you already have an online giving service, that’s great! For many online giving platforms, we can integrate directly onto your website. If not, we can provide a link or button throughout your website to guide visitors to the online giving.
All payment processors charge a transaction fee for online payments or donations. This fee is 2.9% + .30 per transaction. If you are a 501(c)3 non-profit, this fee can be slightly reduced.
Note: This only applies to the Custom Online Giving add-on provided by Elevate. If you provide your own existing online giving service, we will integrate for no additional fee and no additional transaction fee.
We can set up many types of payment forms to fit your needs–both one time and recurring.
We can visit you on-site to consult on audio/video/lighting needs for your worship or event space.
A member of our church production team will visit you on-site to go over your audio/visual needs in your worship or event space.
We do not install hardware, however we can provide you with consultation on installation companies in the area.
Let Elevate provide production services for your church–audio, media, streaming, producing, and lighting. We partner with talented individuals in live in-house and online production technologies who can help with your Sunday morning or weekly rehearsal tech needs. This service can be customized to the your needs and is based on a “per hour” basis.
We can offer group training sessions if requested.
Yes, please contact taylor@dkmgroup.org for more information or to request a quote. We can typically get dealer discounts for a wide range of audio visual equipment.
You will be billed on a month-to-month basis and require our contracts to be six months for all of our producer packages. At the end of six months, we will do an evaluation for your church to make sure the needs are being met.
